Lee Devlin is an engineering consultant with over 20 years of experience designing and supporting high tech products and systems at Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies. He holds BS and MS degrees in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University as well as an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from National Technological University, Fort Collins, CO.
